I think he's one of those strikers who looks good at a big team who create loads of chances but would struggle more at a lesser team where chances are few and far between.
There's a reason why he's never been a regular and it would be a gamble. Would he offer us much more than Sakho has or looks capable of doing?

He hasn't had much time on the pitch for Madrid this season.
However, he has scored 1 goal every 100 minutes he has played for them which is a great goals per minutes record. Hardly his fault he's behind all the superstars

he would be a great little striker for us, decent box goal scorer coming into his prime, I think we need to ship Carroll back to Newcastle and find a new replacement with a bit more quality and more dynamic in front of goal, Valencia will get better and Sakho has had a very good season for us
